My Story
Yoga is the practice which helps me to come back to myself. When life moves too fast, intentional movement and breathwork anchor me and restore calm and clarity of mind.
I started practicing Yoga as a teenager. My lovely Dad would bring me to evening classes with him when I was studying for my Leaving Cert. Throughout my 20s I travelled and worked in Europe, Asia and South America, exploring Yoga in a range of settings and with teachers of different styles and approaches.
In 2021 I found myself working full time as a Primary School teacher in Dublin and struggling with anxiety and work-related stress. Few things helped to alleviate the mental anguish I was experiencing, but practicing Yoga did.

So let's be honest: Yoga doesn’t always feel good in the moment. It can feel frustrating, or difficult, and can bring challenging emotions to the surface (the ones that we run around trying to avoid!). Practicing Yoga helps us to observe and witness what is present within ourselves. To deepen our sense of connection to the Self and to those around us. It helps us to expand our capacity to feel, to strengthen our mental resilience and to know ourselves better. And if that wasn’t enough, Yoga can improve mobility, flexibility and physical strength.
My mission is to offer classes, workshops and retreat days which make Yoga and other wellness practices feel accessible. Opportunities for individuals and groups to experience presence, connection and joy.
Teaching since 2012, I pride myself on being an excellent communicator, and on my ability to tailor and adapt a practice to the needs and abilities of an individual or group.
When it comes to bookings and organization, I guarantee a high calibre service, prioritizing efficiency and ease every step of the way.
That year I went to Portugal on a Surf and Yoga retreat. Practicing Yoga twice daily helped me to really be with myself and to feel and release what I needed to.
It wasn’t always easy, but it helped to move stuck emotions and I ultimately felt more centred and grounded.
I returned to Ireland and registered for a teacher training course in Classical Hatha Yoga at the Elbow Room in Dublin. The intention was to deepen my personal practice, but teaching Yoga seemed inevitable! I have since taught Yoga to teachers, to children, to groups of women of all ages and backgrounds, and most recently, to women during pregnancy.
